What I do

It's more than just working up a sweat

Personal training Private training for individuals

I am based in New Malden and cover Kingston, Wimbledon, Raynes Park and the surrounding areas up through Balham, Wandsworth and Clapham. Most of Surrey and South West London are also accessible.

One-to-one personal training sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

The sessions can take place wherever suits you best - at home, in your garden, the local park etc. If you have young children the sessions can be adapted to either work around or include them.

Nutrition & health You are what you eat

Good nutrition is vital to feeling and looking good. Lack of energy and excess body fat are common complaints. Both of these issues, along with a myriad of others, can be greatly improved with a combination of the right nutrition alongside an effective exercise program.

I work closely with a number of nutritionists to guide you through any changes you may need to make. Additionally, there are regular talks by these experts on a variety of subjects, from hormones to weight loss. The talks aim to keep you up to date with the latest research and informed about how nutrition affects your endocrine, digestive and blood sugar systems. It's a subject that fascinates me and is relevant to every one of my clients.

Sports specific Specialized conditioning

Specialized sports conditioning will improve both performance and enjoyment of your sport much more than general fitness training. If you're aiming to improve specific aspects of your performance, or you're preparing for a sport-based holiday, your sessions will be tailored accordingly.

The demands placed on your body vary massively from one sport to another. The intensity, duration, range of movement of joints and motor skills used, form the basis of our sessions. This will improve your fitness, strength and flexibility within your specific sport.

Posture analysis Good health starts with good posture

A basic analysis of your muscular strengths, weaknesses and imbalances which inevitably effect the way you sit, move, walk and run.

Analyzing your posture alone will improve your own body-awareness, which in turn improves the way you carry yourself.

Prescribed stretches and exercises relevant to your analysis could make a huge difference, improving general aches and pains, physical performance and can prevent future injuries.
